  • Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable.

  • AponZone strives to maintain accurate pricing, but reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

5. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

  • Order confirmation does not signify final acceptance. AponZone reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, price errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment Terms

  • We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card payments, and cash on delivery (COD) in selected areas.

  • For prepaid orders, full payment must be received before dispatch.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and product type but generally range from 1 to 5 working days within Bangladesh.

  • AponZone is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, political unrest, natural calamities, or other force majeure events.

8. Return and Refund Policy

  • Customers may return eligible items within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personal care items, and customized orders.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days upon approval.

9. Product Warranty & Liability

  • AponZone is not liable for damage or defects arising from misuse, improper handling, or external causes.
